Membership Terms & Conditions

Cool Canna is a South African private adult collective focused on quality, discretion, education and responsible cannabis use.

These Terms & Conditions explain membership, website and product access, orders, delivery and responsible participation within the Cool Canna Collective.

By using this website, registering as a member, placing an order or accessing member-restricted products, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies referenced below.

1. Eligibility & Age Requirement

• You must be 18 years or older to join the Cool Canna Collective or access age-restricted products.
• Membership is available to eligible adults residing in South Africa.
• Information provided during registration or ordering must be accurate, current and truthful.
• By activating membership, you confirm that the date of birth and other information you provide are accurate.
• We may request reasonable age or identity verification where necessary.
• Misrepresentation of age or identity may result in suspension or termination of member access.
• Membership is personal and may not be transferred, shared or used by another person.

2. Nature of Membership

• Membership of the Cool Canna Collective is free and voluntary.
• Certain Full-Spectrum products are accessible only to registered adult members.
• Product information may remain visible on the website even where purchase access is restricted to members.
• Membership does not guarantee availability of any particular product, strength or format.
• Cool Canna may refuse, restrict, suspend or terminate member access where these Terms, the Code of Conduct or applicable requirements are materially or repeatedly breached.
• Cool Canna does not operate a public social consumption venue.

3. Products & Product Information

We aim to provide clear and useful information about our products, including cannabinoid strength, serving information, ingredients and relevant warnings.

• Product formulations, packaging, availability and pricing may change from time to time.
• Product images are provided for general representation and packaging may occasionally differ.
• Always read the information supplied with a product before use.
• Individual responses to cannabinoids vary and no particular experience or outcome is guaranteed.
• Products are intended for responsible adult use only.

4. Private & Responsible Use

• Member-restricted products are intended for the registered adult member's private, personal use.
• Member accounts may not be used to purchase member-restricted products for commercial resale or redistribution.
• Products must not be supplied to minors.
• Members remain responsible for using, possessing and storing products appropriately and in accordance with applicable law.
• Keep all cannabis products securely away from children and pets.

5. Orders

• Orders involving member-restricted products require valid member access.
• All orders are subject to product availability, applicable membership requirements, payment confirmation and acceptance by Cool Canna.
• Placing an order does not by itself guarantee acceptance or fulfilment.
• We may contact you where order, payment, membership or delivery information requires clarification.
• We may cancel or decline an order where information is incomplete, payment cannot be confirmed, stock is unavailable or we reasonably believe the order does not comply with these Terms.

6. Pricing, Promotions & Discounts

• All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• Promotional offers may be subject to qualifying products, minimum quantities or order values, membership requirements, start and end dates and stock availability.
• Discounts may not be combined unless expressly permitted at checkout.
• Where an automatic promotion applies, the qualifying discount shown at checkout determines the final order value.
• Promotional offers may be amended or withdrawn where reasonably necessary, subject to orders already accepted.

7. Payments

• Available payment methods are displayed during checkout or communicated when an order is placed.
• Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed.
• Customers are responsible for using the correct payment reference and order information where required.
• Cool Canna will never ask you to provide your online banking password or other confidential banking credentials.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Cool Canna currently delivers within South Africa only.

• Delivery options, charges and availability are displayed at checkout and may depend on destination, order value and service availability.
• Local delivery is available in Somerset West and selected Helderberg areas where supported.
• Cape Town Same-Day delivery may be available to selected eligible Cape Town addresses, subject to applicable cut-off times and service availability.
• Locker Pickup and Nationwide Courier delivery are available where supported by the relevant delivery network.
• Priority delivery may be offered for eligible destinations as a premium delivery service and may be subject to separate charges, cut-off times and exclusions.
• Free-delivery promotions or thresholds apply only to qualifying orders and eligible delivery methods. Any exclusions are shown in our Shipping & Delivery Policy or at checkout.
• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by destination, courier operations, public holidays, remote-area routing or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including unit or complex details where applicable, and a reachable mobile number.
• Additional delivery costs may apply where a parcel is returned and needs to be dispatched again because delivery could not be completed.

9. Responsible Use & Harm Reduction

• Understand the cannabinoid amount and serving information before consuming a product.
• Individual responses to cannabinoids vary.
• With edible products, allow sufficient time for effects to develop before considering another serving.
• Avoid unnecessary redosing.
• Do not drive, operate machinery or perform safety-sensitive activities while impaired.
• Avoid combining intoxicating cannabis products with alcohol or other impairing substances.
• Keep products securely stored away from children and pets.

10. Code of Conduct

Members are expected to engage responsibly, privately and respectfully.

Our Code of Conduct forms part of these Terms & Conditions. Material or repeated breaches may result in restriction, suspension or termination of membership.

11. Website & Educational Content

• Website and Journal content is provided for general informational and educational purposes.
• Information about cannabinoids, dosing, responsible use or product characteristics should not be interpreted as personalised medical advice.
• We aim to keep website information accurate and current but cannot guarantee that every page will always be free from errors or temporary technical issues.
• Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience or reference and do not place those websites under Cool Canna's control.

12. Privacy & Personal Information

Personal information supplied through membership registration, ordering, communication or website use is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Customers and members are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is accurate and up to date.

13. Website & Member Access

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website, member areas or any particular product.
• Website or member functionality may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues or third-party services.
• Cool Canna may update product ranges, membership functionality and website features from time to time.
• Attempting to bypass age, membership or access controls may result in restriction or termination of access.

14. Legal Context

Cannabis law and regulation in South Africa continue to develop. South African law recognises important protections relating to an adult's private possession, use and cultivation of cannabis for personal purposes, while other cannabis-related activities remain subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Cool Canna aims to operate responsibly and in accordance with applicable South African law. Membership of the Cool Canna Collective does not itself create an exemption from applicable law or guarantee that any particular cannabis-related activity is lawful.

Members remain responsible for understanding and complying with laws applicable to their possession, use and conduct.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, website, policies or applicable requirements.
