Code of Conduct

The Cool Canna Collective is a private adult community built around responsible use, education, privacy and respect.

This Code of Conduct sets out the standards expected of members and forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. Adult Membership

• Membership is strictly limited to adults aged 18 years or older.
• Members must provide accurate and truthful information when registering.
• Membership is personal and may not be transferred, shared or used by another person.
• Members must not provide member access or member-restricted cannabis products to minors.

2. Privacy & Personal Use

• Member-restricted products are intended for the registered adult member's private, personal use.
• Members are responsible for using, possessing and storing products appropriately and in accordance with applicable law.
• Member accounts may not be used to purchase member-restricted products for commercial resale or redistribution.
• Respect the privacy of other members and do not share another person's personal or membership information without permission.

3. Responsible Use & Harm Reduction

• Understand the cannabinoid strength and serving information before consuming a product.
• If you are inexperienced with THC, take a cautious approach to serving size.
• With edibles, allow sufficient time for effects to develop before considering another serving.
• Avoid combining intoxicating cannabis products with alcohol or other impairing substances.
• Do not drive, operate machinery or perform safety-sensitive activities while impaired.
• Keep all cannabis products securely away from children and pets.

4. Informed Choices

Members are encouraged to read product labels, understand serving information and make choices appropriate to their own experience and circumstances.

• Do not assume another person's preferred serving size will be appropriate for you.
• Individual responses to cannabinoids vary.
• Do not treat educational content or another member's experience as personalised medical advice.
• Use our educational resources to better understand edible timing, dosing and responsible use.

5. Respect & Community Care

• Treat Cool Canna staff, service providers and other members respectfully.
• Harassment, abuse, threatening behaviour or deliberate misuse of the Collective will not be tolerated.
• Do not misuse membership access, website functionality, promotions or customer-support channels.
• Respect the privacy, safety and dignity of others.

6. Responsible Product Handling

• Store products according to the information provided on the product or packaging.
• Keep products in a secure location inaccessible to children and pets.
• Do not use a product where its condition, packaging or contents raise a reasonable safety concern.
• Contact Cool Canna if you believe a product is damaged, defective or unsafe.

7. Membership Conduct

Membership is based on responsible participation. Material or repeated breaches of this Code may result in restriction, suspension or termination of member access.

Where appropriate, Cool Canna may contact a member to clarify an issue before taking action.

8. Shared Responsibility

Cool Canna provides product information, responsible-use education and member safeguards, but each adult member remains responsible for their own choices, conduct and compliance with applicable law.

Our private membership model does not remove, replace or override a member's individual responsibilities or applicable South African law.
