At Cool Canna, we take pride in the quality and care that goes into every handcrafted product. Because our edibles are consumable items, we follow strict health and safety standards to protect our customers.
Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.
Return Eligibility
For health, safety, and compliance reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened, used, or partially consumed products
- Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling or storage
- Sale, clearance, or promotional items
However, we will offer a replacement or refund if:
- An incorrect product was delivered
- Your order arrived damaged, defective, or incomplete
All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
If you believe your order qualifies for a return or refund, please contact us as soon as possible at info@coolcanna.co.za.
Please include the following in your message:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the problem
Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.
Approved Claims
If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following at no additional cost to you:
- A replacement product shipped to you, or
- A refund to your original payment method
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue resulted from an error on our part.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or tampered consumable products
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards or digital vouchers
