At Cool Canna, we take pride in carefully packing every order and providing discreet delivery throughout South Africa. We offer nationwide door-to-door courier delivery, with local Helderberg delivery available by prior arrangement.

2. 📍 Helderberg Local Delivery

Cool Canna offers local delivery for R80 in Somerset West and selected Helderberg areas. This service is arranged directly with Cool Canna and is not a separate standard checkout option.

• Delivery fee: R80.
• Coverage: Somerset West and selected Helderberg addresses.
• Availability: By prior arrangement, subject to driver availability.
• Delivery timing: Confirmed when the arrangement is made.
• Booking: Contact Cool Canna before completing your order to arrange local delivery.

3. 🚚 Nationwide Courier Delivery

• Delivery fee: R160 for orders below R650.
• Free delivery: Qualifying orders of R650 or more.
• Coverage: Major cities, towns and regional destinations throughout South Africa, subject to courier coverage.
• Estimated delivery: Approximately 1–3 business days after dispatch.
• Remote areas: Additional transit time may be required.
• Courier selection: Cool Canna selects and books an appropriate courier partner based on destination, reliability and availability.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Tracking information is provided once available.

4. 💜 Free Nationwide Delivery on Orders R650+

Orders with a qualifying value of R650 or more receive FREE standard nationwide courier delivery.

• Nationwide Courier: FREE from R650.
• The qualifying order value is calculated after applicable discounts and before shipping charges.
• Helderberg Local Delivery is arranged separately at R80, unless otherwise agreed directly with Cool Canna.
• The final standard shipping charge is confirmed at checkout.

5. Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed.
• Processing may take up to 24 business hours.
• Orders received on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
• Orders placed after daily courier collection cut-offs may be dispatched on the next available business day.
• Processing times may be extended during promotions, public holidays or unusually high order volumes.

6. Tracking & Delivery Updates

• Courier orders: Tracking details are provided once the shipment has been booked or dispatched.
• Local delivery: Delivery arrangements and timing are confirmed directly with Cool Canna.
• Tracking updates are managed by the relevant courier and may not always appear immediately.
• Customers should monitor their email, SMS or other courier notifications for delivery updates.

7. Shipping Coverage

• Cool Canna currently delivers within South Africa only.
• We do not currently offer international shipping.
• Nationwide courier delivery is available to major cities, towns and many regional destinations.
• Helderberg Local Delivery is available by prior arrangement in selected areas.
• Remote or outlying destinations may require additional delivery time.

8. Please Check Your Delivery Details

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including your street address, suburb, city, postal code, email address and reachable mobile number.

• Include your apartment, unit, estate or complex name and number where applicable.
• Provide any access instructions needed for gated estates or restricted-access properties.
• Ensure your mobile number can receive calls or messages from the courier.
• Contact Cool Canna promptly if you notice an address error.

9. Missed or Unsuccessful Deliveries

Successful courier delivery depends on accurate address information, reasonable access to the premises and someone being available to receive the parcel where required.

• If a courier cannot complete delivery, another attempt may be arranged according to the courier's procedures.
• Please respond promptly to courier calls, messages and delivery notifications.
• Additional delivery charges may apply where a parcel is returned because of incorrect address details or unsuccessful delivery attempts and must be dispatched again.

10. Discreet Packaging

All orders are dispatched in plain outer packaging for privacy. We take care to protect products during packing and seal parcels before dispatch.

Products inside retain their normal product, ingredient and cannabinoid information.

11. Damaged, Opened or Tampered Parcels

We take pride in our products and the service we provide. If your parcel arrives damaged, appears to have been opened or contains missing items, please contact Cool Canna as soon as possible so we can assist.

• Photograph the outer packaging, seals and any visible damage.
• Check the contents against your order confirmation.
• Report any missing products or suspected tampering to Cool Canna promptly.
• Retain the packaging and supporting photographs until the matter has been reviewed.

Cool Canna will assist in reviewing the incident and raising the matter with the relevant courier partner where necessary. Reporting an incident does not affect any applicable statutory consumer rights.

• All shipping options depend on destination coverage and courier availability.
• Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed.
• Available standard shipping methods and final charges are confirmed at checkout.
• Local delivery arrangements are confirmed directly with Cool Canna.
• Deliveries are limited to South African destinations.
• Remote locations, adverse weather, courier delays and operational circumstances may affect delivery times.
