• Available in Somerset West and selected Helderberg areas
• Minimum order value of R350
• Delivery fee: R80
• Same-day delivery may be available for weekday orders placed before 12:00 noon
• Same-day availability depends on location, driver availability and operational conditions

3. 📦 Pargo Pickup Point

Prefer to collect your order? Our Pargo option provides a lower-cost alternative to door-to-door courier delivery.

• Pargo Pickup Point delivery costs R95
• Your parcel is delivered to a convenient Pargo Pickup Point for collection
• Typical delivery time is approximately 3–5 business days
• Please ensure your email address and mobile number are correct when placing your order
• We will contact you after checkout where necessary to confirm your preferred collection point

4. 🚚 Nationwide Courier Delivery

• Door-to-door courier delivery is available throughout South Africa
• Standard nationwide courier delivery costs R150
• Typical delivery time is approximately 2–5 business days
• Remote and outlying areas may require additional delivery time
• Tracking details are provided once your parcel has been dispatched

5. Minimum Orders & Free Shipping

• Somerset West Local Delivery: minimum order value of R350
• Free nationwide courier delivery applies to qualifying orders of R800 or more
• Free shipping is fulfilled using our standard nationwide courier service

6. Order Processing

• Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed
• Processing may take up to 24 business hours
• Orders placed after applicable weekday cut-off times may be processed on the next business day
• Processing times may be extended during promotional periods, public holidays or periods of unusually high demand

7. Tracking & Collection

• Courier deliveries: tracking information is provided once dispatched
• Local deliveries: the driver may contact you before delivery
• Pargo orders: collection information will be sent using the contact details associated with your order

8. Shipping Coverage

• Cool Canna currently delivers within South Africa only
• We do not currently offer international shipping
• Pargo Pickup Point collection is available where supported by the delivery network
