Welcome to Cool Canna Collective. By accessing this website, registering as a member, placing an order, or receiving products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you must not use this website or participate in the Collective.

1. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Membership and access to this website are strictly limited to adults aged 18 years and older.

• You confirm that you are at least 18 years old
• You confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful
• You agree to use products only for private, personal purposes

If you do not meet these requirements, you must not access this website.

2. Nature of Membership

Cool Canna Collective operates as a private, members-only association. Access to certain products, content, and releases is restricted to verified members.

• Membership is free and non-transferable
• Products are supplied exclusively to registered members
• Membership is intended for personal use only

3. Products & Intended Use

Products are offered for educational, lifestyle, and harm-reduction–focused use.

• Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease
• No medical, legal, or professional advice is provided
• Statements have not been evaluated by SAHPRA or other authorities

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition, or take prescription medication, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.

4. Responsible Use & Harm Reduction

Cannabis edibles may take 30–90 minutes or longer to take effect.

• Start with a low dose and increase gradually
• Avoid mixing cannabis with alcohol or other substances
• Do not drive or operate machinery after consumption
• Store products safely away from children and pets

By participating in the Collective, you agree to follow our Code of Conduct.

5. Orders & Payments

Orders may only be placed by registered members.

• Payments are accepted via EFT and approved electronic methods
• Orders are processed once payment is confirmed
• Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR)
• Orders are subject to availability

Cool Canna reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders where misuse, fraud, or system errors are suspected.

6. Delivery

Delivery is arranged through trusted courier partners.

• Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days (maximum 10)
• Deliveries occur Monday to Thursday, excluding public holidays
• Valid ID may be required upon delivery

Cool Canna is not responsible for courier delays beyond its control.

7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Due to the consumable nature of products, opened or used items cannot be returned.

8. Promotions & Offers

• Promotions may be subject to additional terms
• Offers cannot be combined unless stated
• Promotions may be withdrawn without notice

9. Accounts & Conduct

• You are responsible for activity under your account
• Login details must be kept confidential
• Abusive, unlawful, or unsafe behaviour may result in termination

10. Regulatory Position

Products are produced in South Africa and supplied within the framework of private adult use and harm reduction.

Cool Canna makes no representations regarding legality outside South Africa.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Products are used at the member’s own risk
• Cool Canna is not liable for misuse or unlawful use

12. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal information is processed in accordance with POPIA. Please review our Privacy Policy.
