Cool Canna offers nationwide door-to-door courier delivery and local Helderberg delivery by arrangement. We keep our delivery choices simple, with clear pricing and estimated delivery times.

Cool Canna Delivery Options

Choose Nationwide Courier at R160, with FREE nationwide delivery on qualifying orders of R650 or more. Helderberg Local Delivery is available for R80 by prior arrangement in Somerset West and selected surrounding areas.

1. 📍 Helderberg Local Delivery

  • Delivery fee: R80
  • Delivery area: Somerset West and selected Helderberg addresses
  • Availability: By prior arrangement, subject to driver availability
  • Delivery timing: Confirmed when your delivery is arranged
  • Booking: Contact Cool Canna before completing your order to arrange local delivery

Helderberg Local Delivery is arranged directly with Cool Canna and is not a separate standard checkout option. Please contact us to confirm availability before placing your order.

2. 🚚 Nationwide Courier Delivery

  • Delivery fee: R160 for orders below R650
  • Free delivery: Qualifying orders of R650 or more
  • Delivery area: South Africa, subject to courier coverage
  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch
  • Service days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays
  • Delivery method: Door-to-door courier

Delivery times are estimates and may be longer for remote or outlying areas. Cool Canna selects the courier partner based on destination, reliability, availability and service requirements.

3. 💜 Free Nationwide Delivery on Orders R650+

Orders with a qualifying value of R650 or more receive FREE standard nationwide courier delivery.

  • 🚚 Nationwide Courier: FREE on qualifying orders of R650 or more.
  • Free-delivery eligibility is based on the qualifying order value after applicable discounts and before shipping.
  • Helderberg Local Delivery is arranged separately at R80, unless otherwise agreed directly with Cool Canna.
  • The final standard shipping charge is confirmed at checkout.

4. How Delivery Works

  1. Choose Your Products: Add your selections to your cart.
  2. Enter Your Details: Provide your complete delivery address and accurate contact information.
  3. Select Delivery: Choose Nationwide Courier at checkout, or arrange Helderberg Local Delivery with us beforehand.
  4. Complete Payment: Your order is processed once payment is confirmed.
  5. Dispatch: Cool Canna books your parcel with an appropriate courier or arranges your confirmed local delivery.
  6. Track Your Parcel: Courier tracking details are provided when available.

5. Dispatch & Delivery Times

  • Orders are processed on business days, subject to payment and stock confirmation.
  • Orders are generally processed within one business day after payment confirmation, subject to stock availability and courier collection schedules.
  • Delivery estimates are calculated from dispatch and are not guaranteed arrival dates.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
  • Remote areas, courier backlogs, weather and operational conditions may affect delivery timing.

6. Address & Delivery Requirements

  • Provide your full name, complete delivery address, postal code and reachable mobile number.
  • Include apartment, complex, estate or business access information where applicable.
  • Ensure someone is available to receive door-to-door deliveries.
  • Contact us promptly if you notice an error in your delivery information.

7. Age & Membership Requirements

  • Cool Canna products are intended for adults aged 18 and older.
  • Reasonable age or identity verification may be required.
  • Full-Spectrum products are restricted to registered adult members of the Cool Canna Collective.
  • Cool Canna Collective membership is free for adults 18+.

8. Discreet Packaging

Orders are dispatched in plain, discreet outer packaging to protect your privacy. Products inside retain their normal labelling, ingredient and cannabinoid information.

9. Damaged, Opened or Tampered Parcels

We take great care in packing and securing every order. If your parcel arrives damaged, appears opened or has missing contents, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Photograph the outer packaging, seals and any visible damage before discarding anything.
  • Check the contents against your order confirmation.
  • Report missing items or suspected tampering to Cool Canna promptly.
  • Keep the packaging and supporting evidence until the matter has been reviewed.

We will assist with reviewing the incident and raising the matter with the relevant courier partner where necessary. Reporting an incident does not affect any applicable statutory consumer rights.

10. Important Delivery Conditions

  • All delivery services are subject to destination coverage and courier availability.
  • Delivery dates and times are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise.
  • Standard shipping fees and eligible services are confirmed at checkout.
  • Local delivery arrangements are confirmed directly with Cool Canna.
  • Delivery is available within South Africa only.
  • Additional arrangements may be required for remote or restricted-access destinations.
