All orders are packaged discreetly and delivered via trusted courier partners or local delivery services, depending on your location.
1. Delivery Rates & Estimated Timelines

2. Delivery Options Explained
Standard Delivery
- Strand & Somerset West: Same-day delivery via local courier or Uber Direct
- Cape Town Metro: Next-business-day courier delivery
- Rest of South Africa: Courier delivery within 1–4 business days
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday during business hours. Orders placed after the stated cut-off times are processed on the next business day.
Express & Local Delivery
- Same-day delivery: Available for Strand & Somerset West orders placed before the local cut-off
- Next-day delivery: Available for Cape Town Metro orders placed before 12:00
3. Free Delivery
Free standard delivery applies to all orders of R800 or more, anywhere in South Africa.
Free delivery is fulfilled via standard courier services and typically arrives within 1–4 business days, depending on location.
4. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmed payment
- During promotions, peak periods, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly extended
- You will receive confirmation, dispatch, and tracking notifications via email
5. Tracking Your Order
- Courier deliveries: Tracking link provided once dispatched
- Local / Uber Direct deliveries: Driver may contact you prior to arrival
- Tracking details allow you to monitor progress until delivery
6. Shipping Coverage
- Delivery is available within South Africa only
- We do not offer international shipping
- We do not offer in-store or public collection
7. Important Information
- Business days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays
- Delivery details: Please ensure all address and contact information is accurate
- Delays: Weather, courier capacity, or regional constraints may occasionally affect delivery
- Rates: Delivery fees are confirmed at checkout and may change without notice
