• Statements about CBD or hemp have not been evaluated by SAHPRA or any governmental authority

3. Responsible Use & Safety

Cannabis edibles may take 30–90 minutes to take effect.

• Always start with a low dose and increase gradually
• Do not drive, operate machinery, or perform safety-sensitive tasks after consumption
• Consume responsibly and according to product instructions

4. Orders & Payments

We accept secure payments via credit/debit card and EFT.

• EFT payments may take 2–5 business days to clear
• Orders are processed only after payment confirmation
• All prices are confirmed at checkout
• Orders are subject to stock availability

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines and fees are displayed at checkout and outlined in our Shipping Policy.

• Estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days (maximum 10 business days)
• Orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday, excluding public holidays
• Cool Canna is not responsible for delays beyond our control

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Returns, replacements, and refunds are handled strictly in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Due to the nature of consumable products, opened or used items are not eligible for return.

7. Promotions & Special Offers

From time to time, we may offer promotions, discounts, or bundled offers.

• Promotions may be subject to specific terms
• Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
